10 miles 10min pace 4,840vertical ft heart rate at 155 or below
I have a goal of 10miles 10min pace 5280vertical ft with a heart rate at or below 155. Today I was able to hold 10% incline for 4miles before I reached 156bpm. I dropped my incline to 9% and was able to hold that for 4.5 miles before I passed my target heart rate once again. I then dropped to 8% for the last bit of the run. I didn't feel as hungry today as yesterday. I didn't need any GU today, but yesterday I had one before starting and another at about 7miles.
