It was a good day.  My nutrition was rite on today.  I'm eating power bars before and in between runs as well as trying to take in a GU at least every five miles.  I did notice a significant jump in my heart rate after about 10miles.  My heart had a difficult time getting below 100bpm and my body was set to run at a 10min pace or above. I'm guessing it's do to a limited number of runs above 10 miles.
