Sunday was a long day. The Leadville Silver Rush course is just shy of 50miles with around 7,500ft of climbing. The race is over and the results suck. I got my ass kicked. I now have two 69th place finishes at this distance. I can't blame it on anything. I just didn't have the stomach to finish the race strong. I ended up walking about the last 15 to 16miles. Even with this Sunday's results, I still had a great time up in the mountains with my family.
