The Denver Contingent at Salida

It took me longer to run this course than to drive from Denver to the starting line.  I guess I could blame that on Jen's lead foot, but in all truth, Salida has one hell of a nasty collection of trails.  Saturday's race was a perfect day in the mountains with some  hard running and amazing group of people.  I would write more, but I think everyone who would read this post was out there on the trails.

      Kieran - Where have you been? We need to get out and run. I'll try to put together a bit more of a race report, now that I know someone actually reads this mess.

      I'm good, man. Just trying to get and stay healthy enough to run. I saw the race results somewhere else, and it looks like you crushed it. 3:33 and 8th place? Damned impressive.
